My favorite new recipe for a sweet summer treat – and it’s
good for you!
Coconut Milk Cherry Popsicles
1 cup unsweetened light coconut milk
¼ cup filtered water
1 cup frozen cherries
1 ripe banana
1 tablespoon liquid chlorophyll*

Blend all ingredients together until totally smooth and
freeze in popsicle mold – perfect for after-school/after-work snacks!
*The chlorophyll is great for cleansing the blood and is a
potent anti-cancer tool! Research studies have
found that damage to DNA can be decreased as much as 55% through
supplementation with chlorophyll at 100 milligrams, three times a day, for four
months. This amount of chlorophyllin, 300 milligrams per day, is the same
amount of chlorophyll found in one weighted ounce of spinach (a little over 1/2
cup of chopped raw spinach).
Be well,
Alex
Excellent idea! You can never go wrong with a cancer fighting treat. Especially when cancer is a very common occurrence in the family. Thanks for sharing this.

In the midst of an Austin summer heatwave (that won't quit til fall!)
this cool, delicious & healthy treat sounds wonderful! An additional benefit for those of us in midlife is that cherries are very helpful in alleviating our occasional aches &
pains.. gonna go get some coconut
milk !!
